Your Mindset and How It Affects Your Life

Mindset has become a trendy word in the last few years. It’s been talked about by everyone from Oprah Winfrey to Marie Forleo.

What is mindset? What does it mean to ‘live in the moment’?

To live in the moment or live in the now, means you are being mindful of where you are and what you are doing, aware of your present using all your senses. It means you aren’t living in the past nor are you worrying about what the future will be.

Mindset or living in the moment affects every part of your life. For example it helps you deal better with stress and anxiety. Living in the moment helps you to become more alignment with everything you do, more aware of what is happening around you and more attuned to what is happening within you.

Living in the present moment is important because worrying about the past and being anxious about the future only leads to stress and unhappiness. With the right mindset you may realize that the only thing you can take control of is the moment you are in right now.

I will be sharing tips and guidance on implementing strategies to help you live in the moment. You’ll learn the different things you can do to become more aware of yourself, your environment and your thoughts. We’ll look at ways to reduce stress, simplify your life and take care of yourself as you focus on the now.
