Not to be confused with the antics and tricks you might see on TV or on stage, Hypnotherapy – when practised by a registered professional – is a safe and highly effective tool for overcoming traumas, fears and addictions.
Is Hypnotherapy for me?
If you’ve ever thought how wonderful it would be to fall asleep and then wake up to find that all the horrible stuff had disappeared for good, then Hypnotherapy may well be for you.
It is a near-effortless way to rid yourself of fears, phobias, anxiety and stress. And the bonus is that you’ll feel incredibly relaxed afterwards too.
What does it involve?
Despite the myths you might have heard, you will always be in full control of yourself when under hypnosis. And I won’t ever do anything without your permission.
All you have to do is sit back and relax, as you drift off into a beautiful place. It’s rather like enjoying a daydream.
We may be able to tackle your concerns in just one session – and there’s no homework. You simply need to want to let go of whatever’s troubling you.
Depending on your preference, we can hold our sessions over Skype/Zoom or we can meet face-to-face in my comfortable garden office.
How will it help me?
Even from one session of Hypnotherapy, you can notice significant improvements like:
- Feeling less stressed or anxious in situations that used to trigger you.
- Greater self-control over those hard-to-break habits (e.g., smoking, drinking or binge eating).
- Beating your insomnia.
- No longer feeling paralysed by your fears and phobias.
