You may have heard of ‘Life Coaching’ before. But if you choose to work with me, you’ll probably hear ‘Personal Coaching’ a lot more.
It’s a term I use in my business because it represents the way I work with my clients much better. After all, you are unique. So, it follows that your coaching sessions should be too.
Is Personal Coaching for me?
Maybe you’re feeling like you should be happy and grateful for the life you have, but you just don’t for some reason. You might be puzzled as to why it still feels like something essential is missing, despite having everything you wished for.
Personal Coaching can shed light on that missing piece.
It takes an open mind, a desire for new awareness and a willingness to change something. But I’ll be there with you every step of the way, cheering you on.
What does it involve?
Questions, questions, questions!
Personal coaching requires a lot of introspection on your part. But it can be hard to know what questions to ask yourself, let alone waiting for the answers to come to you.
That’s where I can help, guiding each session with focused questions that will lead you to the answers you’ve been looking for.
With my 10-Session Coaching Programme, we can work through questions specific to your goals and concerns, whatever they may be. And you can choose to take the programme over 10 weeks or condense it into a 2-day intensive experience. It’s completely up to you.
Depending on your preference, we can hold our sessions over Skype/Zoom or we can meet face-to-face in my comfortable garden office.
